Riss holds a Bachelor’s in Public Health, a minor in Global Poverty and Practice, and Certification in Asian American Community Health from UC Berkeley. She brings her background in youth prevention, programming, and education; crisis text line support and intervention; & community organizing and mutual aid to her line of work in the anti sexual violence sector. Her interests include talking about how nutrition, mental health, and physical health are all connected and she enjoys reading voraciously, writing creatively, and performing spoken word. Riss can be found on bike rides around the Bay or on long walks while fawning over cats to unwind.
