they/them/theirs – Confidential Advocate
Maya (they/them) recently joined PATH to Care in Spring of 2023 as a confidential advocate. They moved to the Bay Area from Minneapolis, MN in 2022 where they focused on facilitating intersectional violence prevention and advocacy models, as well as participating in labor organizing in their city.
Maya is passionate about radical community care and direct action. And in their free time they like to cook for loved ones, garden, make art, and hammock with a good book.
